Class A CDL Over-the-Road Driver

Home Guard Industries is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver products throughout the Northeast region. Drivers typically leave Monday morning and return Friday, operating modern equipment while representing a family-owned company known for quality and reliability.
Compensation:
* $90,000–$110,000 annually
* $12,000 Sign-On Bonus
* $6,000 after 90 days
* $6,000 after 12 months
* Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus
* Full-time position
Requirements:
* Valid Class A CDL License
* Safe driving record
* Knowledge of DOT regulations
* Experience with loading and unloading cargo
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to travel throughout the week
* Truck driving experience preferred
* Vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus

This role focuses on coaching and developing team members, improving production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational excellence. Compensation:
* $75,000–$90,000 annual salary
* Full-time, Day Shift
* Year-end discretionary bonus opportunity
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of management experience leading hourly employees
* Leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills

Home Guard Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Delivery Coordinator to support daily operations through invoicing, customer communication, and delivery coordination. This role helps ensure accurate billing, organized delivery documentation, and excellent customer service while working closely with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Compensation:
• Starting at $21.50 per hour
• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• In-person role in Grabill, Indiana
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience with invoicing, billing, or logistics coordination preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Delivery scheduling or transportation experience
